Professor Csikszentmihalyi interviewed 91 creative people like actor Ed Asner, scientist Jonas Salk, and Senator Eugene McCarthy, to find out what makes them special. The professor did exhaustive analysis of the data collected and found that certain traits are common to all creative people. Csikszentmihalyi suggests methods for all of us to nurture these traits to explore and expand our creative potential.
