Ted Egri decided to name this blue sculptural piece Almost Killed – Look, I'm Still Alive, after a near–serious automobile accident at the hands of a "friend" who was driving him home. It took one month to fashion this piece from urethane foam and cement. Egri has a rich background in painting and sculpture that spans the period from 1930 to the present, with works shown in many venues, including even the 1939 World's Fair in New York.
